A Southern Arizona Critical Access Hospital is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide care in their Primary Care Clinic.
A health clinic in Southern Arizona is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide patient focused care in their Primary Care Clinic. The FNP will work with a collaborative and mission driven organization that prides themselves in the important care they provide to this rurally located community. Nearby medical services include independent physician offices and a Critical Access Hospital. The Nurse Practitioner will enjoy the technological advancements that this system offers to them including EPIC EHR that integrates with the local hospital for easy and confidential sharing of patient medical records.
The Advanced Practice Provider FNP will work Monday through Friday and care for 15-20 patients per day. The Family Nurse Practitioner will report to the Chief Medical Officer and consult with the CMO on unique patient cases. Moreover, the FNP will feel supported in this integrated care delivery model that empowers Providers to make on the spot referrals to other healthcare services offered by this integrated healthcare network.
