Job SummaryBanner Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team at Banner University Medical Center South in Tucson, Arizona.This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of patients, performing a wide range of procedures from diagnostic colonoscopies to advanced endoscopic procedures.Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans of care.
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate, delegate and supervise the activities of the healthcare team.
• Evaluate patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other healthcare team members.Requirements
  • Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification.
