General, GYN/OB, ortho, plastics, podiatry and urologyNo cardiac or
Neuro5 ORs Run 3 ORs plus GI & OB4,545 cases annually607
deliveriesCRNA s working OB get $3,000 per 24/hr shift -OR-
$200/hour from 7am-3pm ($1,600) / $220 to carry the beeper from
3pm-7am / $220 per hour if they get called inCRNA, AZ license ACLS,
BLS required
