Clinical Role:

  • Coverage: Facility
    • November: 1-4, 26-30
    • December: 1-2, 10-16, 24-30
    • Coverage: Facility
      • November: 28-30
      • December: 24-30
      • Site is flexible as Day, swings or nights for those shifts
      • No Call
      • Facility will accept multiple providers
      • Must have clear / no malpractice and history in order to process for temporary privileges
      • Admissions Required
      • 18-20 Patients Per Shift
      • Beds in Facility - 486, Facility - 25
      • Hospital Stroke Certified
      • Board Certified - Required
      • Active AZ License - Required
      • ACLS, ATLS, BLS Required
      • Trauma Level I
      • EMR: Cerner
