Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital. As a Neuro Telemetry Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with neurological disorders, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.Requirements:
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
