Must-haves:1.) Must be Board Certified in either Family Med or Internal Med--2.) Must have BLS and/or ACLS cert3.) Must have or be willing to get an Arizona medical license--4.) Must have active DEA at the time of start date5.) Must be accountable, professional and in-sync with credentialing
Schedule:7on/7off12 hour day shift/7am-7pmOpen 15 shifts per month
Start date:SeptemberCredentialing takes: 60-90 days
Length of assignment:6 months- ongoing
Position Details:Age range - All adult, no peds. All 18 plusProcedures - NONEAdmissions per day - 0-2 admits per day. May start with 0-2 new patients in the AMEMR - CernerResponding to code? Only if it's your own patient--Rapid response? Only if it's your own patient--
