Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines, and assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs. The ideal candidate will possess a valid current Arizona Nursing License, Basic Life Support certification, and a graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans
