Job Description:
Compensation Analyst:
Our ideal candidate will have medical experience (knowledge of
terminology and processes), and compensation experience.
This position will review Human Resource processes, titles,
descriptions, and interact with senior human resource regarding
these.
You will be responsible for making recommendations on compensation,
and assist in integration of employees.
You must have strong word and excel skills.
